Twin Cities seeks local input on community health priorities
Online survey runs through Nov. 22
– Adventist Health Twin Cities has launched a Community Health Needs Assessment survey to gather input on health concerns from residents of San Luis Obispo County. The survey, available online at www.AdventistHealthCHNA.org/TwinCities, runs through Nov. 22.
The six-question survey aims to help Adventist Health Twin Cities understand local health priorities, improve healthcare access, and address health disparities in the region. All responses will remain confidential.
“We are proud to be part of this vibrant community and committed to listening to what matters most to those who call San Luis Obispo County home,” Ryan Ashlock, president of Adventist Health Twin Cities, stated, “The CHNA survey helps us better understand the health challenges our neighbors face and guide us in making informed decisions that enhance the quality of care we provide.”
In addition to the survey, Adventist Health Twin Cities and its survey steering committee plan to conduct focus groups, listening sessions, and review data from various sources to complete the assessment.
