Almond country quilters meet June 6 

Join the Almond Country Quilt Guild for a General Meeting and celebrate 26 years

This Paso Robles Almond Country Quilt Guild quilt was made by many hands.

–The Almond Country Quilt Guild will hold its next meeting at 6:30 p.m. on June 6, 2016 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 940 Creston Road, Paso Robles; visitors are welcome. June is the Almond Country Guild Birthday Month with a “Tea” and birthday cake to celebrate 26 years. Tables will be decorated with personal plates and teacups and each guild member is encouraged to bring finger food to share.

The guild promotes knowledge and encourages the participation in the craft and art of quilting, patchwork, appliqué, and other aspects of quilt making. It is also an information network for quilters and promotes the continued interest in quilting.

The guild has many teachers and activities for new and experienced sewists. Join their Saturday Community Quilting for help in quilting, held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the third Saturday of every month at the Bethel Lutheran Church, Old Country Road, Templeton.
