Applications available for Supplemental Tax Oversight Committee
–The City of Paso Robles Supplemental Tax Oversight Committee is currently accepting applications to fill several open seats of the seven-member committee. In 2012, citizens authorized a 1/2 cent sales tax increase and requested it be used for road maintenance. To ensure public trust, the Paso Robles City Council created an Oversight Committee to verify funds were used as requested. The committee serves as a means to aid the city council in gathering public input by providing a forum through which private citizens may review and advise the city council of the City of Paso Robles.
The city will accept applications for appointment to this Supplemental Tax Oversight Committee until 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 17.

The city will conduct interviews and make appointments in late November or early December.
