Applications open for 2026 Flourish Program cohort

Six month program offers free career development for women

    – Dream Big Darling announced Oct. 2 that applications are open for the 2026 Flourish Program, a six-month professional development program for women that runs from January through June.

Now in its fifth year, the Flourish Program has served more than 80 participants. The program is valued at $6,500 per person and is offered free of charge for qualified applicants.

“The results of this program have been truly profound,” said Co-Creator and Dream Big Darling Founder Amanda W. Higgins. “We’ve helped women who felt capped in their careers gain access to one-on-one coaching, mentorship, and a broad community of like-minded women who have collaboratively elevated their careers. We are so excited to launch our next cohort and continue this vital work.”

The program was co-founded by Higgins and Rona Millinger, founder of The Millinger Group, a human resources firm that specializes in professional development.

“Each year during our program we have participants who make meaningful career enhancements, receive promotions, become better leaders, and pay it forward by supporting each other,” Millinger said. “To date we’ve impacted women from 65 different organizations in the industry.”

The 2026 cohort will include six months of one-on-one coaching sessions, group sessions, the Caliper Assessment, peer mentoring sessions and focused skill-building training.

“As we celebrate ten years of growth, programs like Flourish have made an immense impact in the lives of an entire generation,” Higgins said. “We look forward to seeing your application and encourage you to apply.”

Applications are now being accepted for the upcoming program. More information and application details are available at dreambigdarling.org/flourish.
