Applique an apple tree at the library Sept. 7 

–On Saturday, Sept. 7, from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. learn the art of applique at the Paso Robles Library. Part hand-sewing and part embroidery, applique is decorative needlework in which pieces of fabric are sewn onto a larger piece of fabric to create a picture or pattern. It can be used in quilting, to create patches, or as frame-able artwork. This month, celebrate back to school with a cute apple tree based on the designs of weefolkart.com. All supplies and instruction are included.
