Assistance League receives grant from Unitarian Universalist Fellowship

Grant will help support Operation School Bell

–The Assistance League of San Luis Obispo has received a $1,298 grant from the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship in San Luis Obispo. This grant will be used toward purchasing new school-appropriate clothing for Kindergarten – 12th-grade students in need, living and attending school in all ten school districts in San Luis Obispo County.

The Assistance League was chosen to receive this grant through a competitive application process by the Fellowship’s Community Outreach Program. Once a month, the Sunday service offerings of its members are designated for community outreach non-profit organizations.
