At-risk missing person located 

Robert Rudd.

–In the early hours this morning at approximately 12:20 a.m., missing person Robert Rudd was safely located by San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s deputies at South Higuera and Octagon Way in rural San Luis Obispo.

The 73-year-old Rudd had been reported missing after he was last seen on Tuesday on an electric bicycle riding away from his home in the 6800 block of Live Oak Lane in rural San Luis Obispo. Rudd has dementia and was considered at-risk.

Rudd was treated for dehydration but otherwise was in good condition when he was located.
