Atascadero Chamber announces community awards 

The Atascadero Chamber of Commerce is honoring the following recipients for 2014 with community awards. Recipients will receive their awards at the chamber’s Annual Dinner on Jan. 10 from 6-8 p.m. at the Lake Pavilion, in Atascadero.

• BUSINESS OF THE YEAR: Solarponics, 4700 El Camino Real, Atascadero
• BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR: Ryan Amborn – West Coast Auto Towing & Hertz Car Rental, 9199 El Camino Real, Atascadero
• COMMUNITY SERVICE AWARD: Rolfe Nelson
• ORGANIZATION OF THE YEAR: Kiwanis Club of Atascadero
• AMBASSADOR OF THE YEAR: Paul Shannon, Pacifica Commercial Realty
