Atascadero Colony Days parade entries now open

    – The Atascadero Colony Days Parade will return Saturday, Nov. 15, as part of the city’s Fall Festival weekend. Parade organizers are inviting community members, schools, organizations, and businesses to participate or sponsor this year’s event.

The parade will begin at 10 a.m. in downtown Atascadero, starting on Lewis Avenue and ending near Entrada Avenue. Parade entries are free and open to all groups, including marching bands, floats, car clubs, equestrian teams, civic organizations, and local businesses.

This year’s theme, “Road to Atascadero: Butterfly Drive,” highlights community connection and encourages participants to celebrate local creativity.

Registration for parade entries is open at www.ColonyDays.org through Friday, Nov. 7.

The Atascadero Colony Days Committee is also seeking local sponsors to help support participating marching bands. Sponsor contributions will help fund music and performances during the parade, and sponsors will be recognized in event materials and during the parade.
