    Atascadero Summer Concert Series continues with Garden Party

    Free concerts held Saturdays at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand

    – The City of Atascadero will continue its 2024 “Saturdays in the Park” Summer Concert Series with a performance by Garden Party on Saturday, July 20 at 6:30 p.m. at the Atascadero Lake Park Bandstand.

    Garden Party is led by Danny Grasseschi and includes Mark Paisley on keys, Rob Espinosa on guitar and vocals, Russ Kuster on bass and vocals, and co-founding member Steve Hilstein on drums. The band, named after the Rick Nelson song, plays covers of 60s and 70s folk rock music. They have been performing together for over 12 years, originally playing in Robin’s Garden in Cambria for the “Summer Nights” series.

    Paradise Shaved Ice will sell treats at the concert. Attendees are encouraged to bring a low-back chair and a wallet for food purchases. The concert series is free to attend and will continue with the following lineup:

    • July 20: Garden Party (Classic Soft Rock)
    • July 27: Erin & the Earthquakes (Dance Rock, Funk & Soul)
    • Aug. 3: Josh Rosenblum Band (Pop/Rock Blues)
    • Aug. 10: Stellar (Classic Hits through the Decades)
    • Aug. 31: The JD Project (Rock, Blues & Country)
