Authorities seek help identifying Target theft suspect

–On July 17, Paso Robles Police officers responded to a report of a theft at Target. The suspect in his case entered Target, selected some clothing and electronics, before concealing those items in a bag inside the dressing room. The suspect placed the bag in a shopping cart and exited the store. When confronted, the suspect kicked a loss prevention employee and fled, leaving the bag of loot behind.

As employees pushed the cart with the recovered stolen items back inside the store, the suspect ran back inside and snatched the bag of stolen items before fleeing again. The suspect was last seen getting into the passenger side of a gray 4-door Lincoln. Officers have identified the getaway vehicle, but the suspect is still outstanding.

If you recognize the suspect or know anything about the alleged crime, please contact Officer DePetro at (805) 227-7476.
