    Bank of the Sierra announces new Market President for San Luis Obispo Area

    Bank of the Sierra recently named Kelli Blackburn as Market President for the San Luis Obispo area. Blackburn, who was previously VP, SBA Loan Officer at the Bank’s San Luis Obispo office, will oversee the operations of five branch locations along the Central Coast. Blackburn’s locations include San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles, Atascadero and Arroyo Grande. Additionally, she will oversee the Pismo Beach location which is scheduled to open later this year. She will also be responsible for assessing the risk of financial transactions executed by bank personnel; directing, coordinating, and monitoring activities to implement institution policies, procedures and practices; and generating new business.

    Blackburn brings over 13 years of experience in banking and financial services in the San Luis Obispo area. She joined the Bank of the Sierra team in March of 2017.

    Mike Olague, EVP/Chief Banking Officer, expressed his approval for Kelli’s promotion, “Kelli is a great addition to the Bank of the Sierra team and will serve as our senior banker in this important market. She will be actively involved in the community to promote the Bank of the Sierra brand.”
