‘Barrels in the Plaza’ set for April 30 in SLO

San Luis Obispo Wine Country will celebrate its annual “Barrels in The Plaza” food and wine extravaganza at Mission Plaza in downtown San Luis Obispo on Thursday, April 30.
More than two dozen wineries will team up with more than 15 local chefs and food purveyors to provide pairings spanning a variety of wine styles and cuisines. A complimentary photo booth and live music by the blues band JD Project will add to the evening’s enjoyment.
“This is a chance to taste all that our region has to offer,” said Heather Muran, executive director of SLO Wine Country. “The depth and diversity of our wine and food experience will be on full display, and the outdoor Mission Plaza setting makes it all the more magical and relaxing.”
