Bear Market Riot returns to Sculpterra Winery
Kirk Norby and Nick Motil, two Central Coast natives, make up Bear Market Riot.
–Local duo Bear Market Riot is bringing live music and their infectious positive energy back to Sculpterra Winery for their Wednesday night concert series. The concert will take place amongst the sculptures surrounding the winery’s tasting room the evening of Aug. 9, from 6 to 8 p.m.
Bear Market Riot is “Power-Folk Americana” music played by Kirk Norby and Nick Motil, two Central Coast natives. The duo blends everything from Folk to R&B into an infectious sound that could only come from two bearded men playing six instruments, all while keeping a full dance floor satisfied. Nordby and Motil captivate audiences of all-ages with catchy originals, and an arsenal of high-energy originally interpreted covers.
This concert is part of Sculpterra Winery’s “August Nights” concert series, featuring a new act every Wednesday of August. In addition to the music there will food available to purchase from Farmstead Catering Company and special deals on bottles of wine. Tickets are $15 per person or $10 for wine club members.
