Bearcats baseball beats St. Joesph
–The Paso Robles Bearcats scored five runs in the final two innings to come from behind and beat St. Joseph 6-5 Friday at Barnhart Field.
Southpaw Lucas Climer started on the mound for the Bearcats, but after moving to first base, helped secure the win at the plate in the late innings. The Bearcats even their record at 2-2. They host Atascadero Wednesday afternoon.
Friday afternoon, the Greyhounds lost to San Luis Obispo 9-1. The Greyhounds play at Santa Maria at 1:30 Saturday afternoon.
Templeton lost to Arroyo Grande 6-1 in the south county Friday. The Eagles host Righetti next Friday at 3:30, weather permitting.
