Bearcats Baseball Team host Righetti today

Paso Robles Bearcats 5.02

The Paso Robles Bearcats (14-1 Pac-8) host Righetti of Santa Maria (13-2 Pac-8) in a critical league match-up. The first game in the three-game series gets underway at 4:30 p.m. this afternoon at Paso Robles High School.

Righetti is lead by senior right-handed pitcher Matt Sauer whose fastball reaches the mid-90’s. Sauer is batting .448. He is committed to play for Arizona next year.

Sophomore Ryan Harvel will start for the Bearcats this afternoon. He’s 6-1 with a 1.45 ERA this season.
