Arroyo Grande advances to semifinal matchup with Tulare Western
– The Paso Robles High School Baseball Team lost a CIF quarterfinal game at Arroyo Grande 9-3 on Tuesday afternoon. The Eagles jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first inning.
In the top of the third, Bearcat Marcus Garcia smashed a solo home run to put the Bearcats on the scoreboard. They tied the game in the top of the fourth, but the Eagles tallied two runs in the fourth inning, three in the fifth, and two more in the sixth.

The Bearcats scored one more run in the 7th.
Junior Casey Prieto doubled and scored a run for Paso Robles. Talen Freitas went 2-3 for the Bearcats.
Arroyo Grande moves on to the semifinals to face Tulare Western.
