First home game of the season for PRHS football

PASO ROBLES – The Paso Robles High School Bearcats hosted the Santa Ynez Pirates in a non-league football game today at War Memorial Stadium, located behind Flamson Middle School. Paso Robles beat Santa Ynez 35-14

Last season, the Bearcats (1-1) earned a 49-7 win over the Pirates (1-2) and achieved a repeat win Friday night.

The junior varsity players took to the field at 4 p.m. followed by the varsity at 7 p.m. A large community fan base turned outto support the Bearcats at their first home game of the 2013 season.
