Grab A Drink
There are many quality watering holes here in the town, perfect for grabbing a drink and winding down after work. First opening in 2015, this hip wine bar is located on Pine Street, and they have around 400 different wine selections from the local area for visitors to enjoy. On the other hand, if beer is more your drink of choice, then no need to worry, as there are plenty of accommodating places around. Our top tip is The Pour House, which is another location on Pine Street, and has a truly outstanding craft beer lineup. It’s also a real neighborhood hang-out, with it offering both a relaxing and comfortable vibe, allowing you and your friends to down some brilliant beer whilst putting the world to rights. Not to mention the opportunity to catch mesmerising live music acts every week, from both local and travelling musicians.
Get A Bite to Eat
Paso Roble has a burgeoning food scene, and that’s reflected by how many tantalising restaurants are now dotted around the town. Amongst the many, we’ve thought about a couple that are most suitable for spending an evening with your nearest and dearest all sat around a table, relishing both good food and good company.
First up, there’s the vibrant Fish Gaucho, which serves up Mexican food with a seafood focus. Located on Park Street, it has a bright and colorful décor throughout that mirrors its high-spirited atmosphere, especially when everyone’s had a few of their margaritas, which pair delightfully with their legendary fish tacos. Or if you want more of a gastropub vibe, then there’s Pappy McGregor’s, which is another fine Pine Street offering. It specializes in serving high-end comfort food in a buzzing environment. Think banging burgers coupled with tasty cocktails.

If you’re thinking all that sounds excellent, but you want some more hands-on entertainment, then there are also some amazing alternatives for you. You can get over to the Pine Street Saloon to belt out a ballad or two at their late-night karaoke, which draws patrons of all abilities to get up in front of the microphone and let loose.
