Red Soles Stillhouse at Red Soles Winery

Located at Red Soles Winery, Red Soles Stillhouse is a purveyor of innovative and unique spirits crafted by owners Randy and Cheryl Phillips. The couple creates naturally flavored spirits in a handcrafted still from Germany. Our favorite is their limoncello. Note that wine tasting hours go from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., whereas spirits tasting stops at 4 p.m. Located at 3230 Oakdale Rd in Paso Robles. Calwise Spirits Distillpub

Calwise Spirits Distillpub is the only distillery on the Central Coast with a full bar and restaurant. Enjoy a tasting flight of four spirits including Blonde rum, Big Sur Gin, Barrel-aged Gin, and Spiced rum, or enjoy a cocktail featuring house spirits, house-made syrups made from seasonal harvests, and freshly squeezed juices. Bethel Rd. Distillery by Castoro Cellars

Bethel Rd. Distillery is the brainchild of the Udsen Family, owners of the popular winery Castoro Cellars. Stop by for tastes of their grappas, a gin and a two-year barrel-aged brandy, and of course Castoro wines from their estate grown, Organically farmed grapes. Krobar at Grey Wolf Cellars

Kobar Craft Distillery is the ethanol-induced brainchild of Stephen Kroener and Joe Barton. Serving up small-batch, craft spirits such as whiskey, bourbon and gin crafted from botanical ingredients. Located at 2174 Highway 46 West in Paso Robles. Open Thursday through Monday from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. or by appointment. Re:Find Distillery at Villicana Winery & Vineyard

Owned and operated by Villicana Winery and Vineyard owners Alex and Monica Villicana, Re:Find Distillery offers artisan spirits created with raw materials that are sourced from organic farms. From fermenting, distilling, aging, and hand bottling, to even growing some of their ingredients themselves Alex & Monica do it all!  Located at 2725 Adelaida Road in Paso Robles. Willow Creek Distillery at Opolo Vineyards

Formerly “The Distillery at Opolo,” Willow Creek Distillery was founded in 2013 with the intent to produce top quality brandies to accompany their wines. Pendray’s Distillery at PasoPort Wine Company

Get three experiences in one at this unique location. Paso Port Wine Company offers delicious port wines, Per Caso, also located on-site, offers several single varietal and blended red and white wines, and Pendray’s Distillery is the latest brainchild of the Paso Port portfolio, offering premium brandies and liqueurs.
