Located at Red Soles Winery, Red Soles Stillhouse is a purveyor of innovative and unique spirits crafted by owners Randy and Cheryl Phillips. The couple creates naturally flavored spirits in a handcrafted still from Germany. Our favorite is their limoncello. Note that wine tasting hours go from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m., whereas spirits tasting stops at 4 p.m. Located at 3230 Oakdale Rd in Paso Robles. Calwise Spirits Distillpub is the only distillery on the Central Coast with a full bar and restaurant.
