Check out The Neighborhood for more than just acai bowls. They also have healthful and delicious plant-based lunch options and fresh juices. They focus on superfoods, which are nutritionally dense foods that provide a powerful sources of antioxidants, healthy fats, vitamins, minerals and other health-promoting properties. There are two locations currently open with a third coming soon.

Odyssey World
In creating Odyssey World Cafe, avid travelers Dawn Gregory and John Hawley designed a menu that encompassed their travels and an atmosphere that reflects memories of some of their favorite meals worldwide. Great vegetarian options, a few vegan options. Our favorite is the roasted veggie wrap: (for a vegan option remove the the tzatziki) and roasted veggie salad. They also offer a vegetarian “chikin” bowl.

Red Scooter Deli
Red Scooter Deli is a tiny deli with a huge menu and their items pack tons of flavor. Delicious vegetarian and vegan options. Our favorite is the peanut tofu wrap with house-made peanut sauce.

Yanagi
Japanese food is a go-to for vegans and vegetarians, especially with omnivorous friends of family in-tow who are sushi fans. There are lots of veggie options at Yanagi. Our favorites are veggie rolls, bowls of hot udon noodles, and fresh seaweed and cucumber salads.

Basil offers delicious and authentic Thai food offered in downtown Paso Robles. A plethora of vegetarian and vegan options available on their menu. Excellent service. Try the delicious vegetarian Thai platter, and don’t forget about curries and noodles.

Spice of Life serves seasonal salads daily: usually Vegan. Always based on produce in season and sourced from local farmers markets. All dressings are made in-house using locally sourced olive oils, Spice of Life spice blends and various vinegars. Enjoy on their patio or take it “to-go.”
