Bianchi Winery opens Laguna Beach tasting room

new tasting room

Winery’s main tasting room is in Paso Robles

– Bianchi Winery has opened a tasting room location in Laguna Beach at 496 N. Coast Highway Laguna Beach.

The Laguna Beach Tasting room for Bianchi Winery has been a long time coming, according to the winery. The Bianchi Family has lived in Laguna since 1982, and the opportunity to share their passion for locals and visitors alike is a “dream come true.”

This is Bianchi Winery’s satellite tasting room, the main one residing in the heart of Paso Robles wine country. The tasting lineup consists of several whites, fruit-forward reds, along with some “bold and adventurous” reserves and blends.

Tasting Room Manager Cristina Martinez is ready to pour guests a glass and tell them the story of the Bianchi family. She loves to engage tasters with her vast knowledge of California wines and present it in a casual and approachable manner. “We like to make wine relatable to anyone that walks through our doors, painting a picture of the wine by relating it to anything from a curvy woman, a movie, a flavor, or even by expressing how to pair wine with food,” says Martinez, “Our intention is to educate and elevate the tasting experience by imparting some knowledge of wines and allowing guests to fully engage their senses with wine and food pairings.”

The Laguna Beach Tasting Room is currently offering two tasting flights: “Wet Your Whistle,” featuring two signature pours and one reserve and, “The Bianchi Experience,” which is a flight of five wines, three signature and two reserve pours. The tasting room is a 21+ establishment. It is designed as a space where adults get to be “playful with their tastebuds and learn about wine in a less formal and fun way.”

“The exceptional wines of Bianchi are the product of great estate and select Central Coast vineyards, artisan winemaking, and our family’s dedication to producing premium wines,” says Glenn Bianchi.
