Bids sought for tertiary water treatment facilities project

–Stanek Constructors, Inc. is soliciting bids from certified and qualified DBE/MBE/WBE/SBE/DVBE/SBRA/LSAF firms on the Paso Robles Tertiary Treatment Facilities Project, DPW Project NO. 16-22. The proposal is due April 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Scopes of work include but are not limited to:

  • Thermal and moisture protection
  • Steel doors
  • Overhead coiling doors
  • Glass and glazing
  • Protective coatings
  • Louvers
  • Specialty equipment
  • Metal building
  • Bridge crane
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Pipe supports
  • HVAC
  • DIP
  • Controls
  • Instrumentation.


Plans are available at no cost and can be accessed through the “Plan Room” at Once you are on the website the plan room will be on the top right-hand corner. Click on plan room, then click access FTP Plan Room and you will find the Paso Robles Tertiary Treatment Project folder.

All bids over $100,000 require 100-percent payment and performance bond. Bonds may be required on lesser amounts depending on scope. For assistance with bonding, credit, insurance or certification guidance contact Jerry Arguello at (303) 980-8233. The bid specs outline the insurance requirements, ie Workers Compensation, GL, Auto, Builders Risk and Umbrella.

Scopes and quotes should be submitted prior to the proposal submittal time at our California office by April 5, 2017 at noon.
