Black and White Ball returns Oct. 10
The Black and White Ball raises money for performances
– The North County Dance and Performing Arts Foundation will be hosting its first fundraising event of the fall season with the second annual Black and White Ball, which takes place on Oct. 10, at Cali Paso Winery located at 4230 Buena Vista Drive in Paso Robles. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the night will begin with a champagne cocktail hour. The evening continues with a sit-down dinner, a silent and live auction, as well as performances by local dance companies.
According to foundation representatives, this fundraiser helps to offset the costs of the organization’s major productions such as the Nutcracker Ballet performed each December. Funds raised also support the group’s traveling dance companies and provide scholarships to dancers.
Tickets are $55 per person and may be purchased at www.eventbrite.com or by calling (805) 610-7570. Tables of eight may be purchased for $400, which also includes a bottle of wine and guest entry into a special drawing.
