Blood drive to be held at Paso Robles Fire Station

Each blood donation can save up to three lives

    – The Paso Robles Fire and Emergency Services Department is hosting a critical blood drive in partnership with Vitalant on Thursday, Sept. 5, from 1:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. The event will be held at 900 Park Street, behind Fire Station 1 on 9th Street.

There are currently two sign-ups, with 19 open slots remaining. The county is urgently seeking donors to help fill these slots and ensure a sufficient blood supply for the community. Each blood donation can save up to three lives, and the current shortage makes every contribution vital.

To sign up for the blood drive, individuals can register for a donation slot here or call (877) 258-4825 to schedule by phone.

The Paso Robles Fire Department encourages residents to spread the word and invite friends, family, and colleagues to donate, ensuring the community’s blood needs are met.
