‘Body in Balance’ Tai Chi Gong workshop happening Feb. 21 

–Tai Chi Gong instructor Faye Baker invites the community to, “Try something new that is really old,” at Centennial Park in Paso Robles Feb. 21.

Learn the basics of this ancient exercise system which combines breathing with relaxed yet focused attention to body movement. All are welcome. No previous experience is necessary. The class will be held at Centennial Park, 600 Nickerson, Paso Robles, from 6:30-8 p.m. The cost is $18.

Faye Baker is a certified instructor (Sifu) in Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, longevity breathing, and is an acupressurist. Baker has worked in the physical therapy field and specializes in helping people use functional, easy exercises to bring more comfort and ease into their daily lives.
