Book giveaway and fundraiser happening in Templeton
–The public is invited to attend a huge book giveaway on Saturday, Sept. 1, Sunday, Sept. 2 and Saturday, Sept. 8 at the Book Room Annex located at 65 South Main Street, Ste. 102. The sale will take place each day from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are thousands of titles to choose from – History, the Civil War, Romance, Mystery, Sci-Fi, Poetry and more.
The Templeton Community Library Association (TCLA) was recently given a massive donation of books by the family of a Templeton resident. All paperbacks, textbooks, and encyclopedia sets are free. A small donation is requested for hardbacks. Proceeds will be used for the community benefit and marketing of the TCLA’s building fund.
TCLA asks that you bring your own bags or boxes.
