Boy scouts help clean up airport
–Airport Clean-Up Day was held on Saturday, March 10. Pilots and airport hangar owners were invited to dispose of any accumulated trash from within their hangars, and also helped in removing anything that had accumulated between and behind the hangars. Pictured here are members of Boy Scout Troop 60, with their troop leaders and parents, who assisted in gathering enough trash to fill a 40-yard bin. The boys also had the opportunity to look inside some of the airplanes and talk to airplane owners and pilots. The Boy Scouts were assisted by members of the Paso Robles Airport Commission and city staff, who help organize the event.
