Brown Butter Cookie Company unveils new brown butter frozen custard
– Brown Butter Cookie Company, known for its brown butter sea salt cookies, has introduced brown butter frozen custard. The frozen treat features a rich, creamy texture from egg yolks, infused with brown butter and a hint of sea salt, offering a unique West Coast twist on traditional frozen custard.
“We’re thrilled to introduce brown butter frozen custard to our loyal customers and newcomers,” said Traci Hozie-Alderson, co-founder of Brown Butter Cookie Company. “It combines our passion for quality ingredients with our classic flavor profile of brown butter, vanilla, and sea salt.”
Crafted without artificial flavorings or sweeteners like corn syrup, the custard promises a natural flavor experience. To complement the custard, the company pairs it with Ghirardelli Shortbread Cookies. “Our customers can trust every bite is a celebration of pure, wholesome flavors,” Hozie-Alderson emphasized.
The product debuts in late June 2024 at their Cayucos location, with availability expanding to Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo retail outlets in late August.
