Calfire crews extinguish mobile home fire in Creston

At about 5:50 p.m. Saturday, Calfire firefighters responded to a structure fire at the 6500 block of O’Donovan Road in Creston, south east of Paso Robles.
Crews at the scene reported a 500-sq.ft. mobile home on fire. The blaze was also threatening another structure nearby. Additional firefighting equipment was sent to the scene to help extinguish the fire.
By about 8 p.m., Calfire reported the fire was extinguished, and the nearby structure saved. Crews moped up the scene and remained on site for a couple of hours.
