Celia Moses named Georgia Brown Elementary School Principal

–Mrs. Celia Moses has been named Principal at the Georgia Brown Dual Immersion Elementary School.

Celia has been involved in bilingual education since 1992 when she started her teaching career. Celia started teaching in Paso Robles in 2004 and has been actively involved in the dual immersion program for 12 years; first teaching at Georgia Brown Elementary then moving up to Flamson Middle School where she taught Dual Immersion Language Arts and History for all three grade levels: 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. Celia has been recognized as teacher of the year at both sites, Georgia Brown and at Flamson Middle School.

Celia has been a successful Instructional Coach and Guidance Specialist at both Georgia Brown and The Arts Academy at Bauer Speck. She believes that every student deserves to learn in a warm and caring environment where every student matters and truly values bilingualism, biculturalism and bilaterally.
