The Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce recently kicked off its annual Membership Drive. During the entire month of October, the T.E.A.M. Drive, “Together Everyone Achieves More” will focus on the Chamber’s new and improved membership program designed to better serve and help promote local businesses.

The Chamber offers several opportunities for engagement with over 4,300 professionals through Networking, Membership Mixers, Ribbon-Cuttings, Women in Business and other signature events that bring members together.

Julie Kreowski, FVP Regional Manager of Heritage Oaks Bank, wholeheartedly recommends Chamber Membership. “The Chamber enables our employees to network with potential customers and other local businesspeople, provides opportunities for our employees to learn leadership and communication skills through the Ambassador program, and keeps us informed about local political and economic developments that affect our community’s economy. Whether you are new to Paso Robles or you’ve been here for years, I believe that Chamber membership will help your business with networking contacts, employee development, recognition and publicity opportunities.”paso-robles-chamber-of-commerce-logo

One of the exciting Chamber initiatives taken under the wing of the Ambassador Team is the Restaurant Appreciation Program. This monthly lunch brings Board Members and Ambassadors together at member restaurants to thank them for their membership with the Chamber. Not only are they reminded that their membership serves a purpose, but that they are part of the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce business family.

“Thomas Hill Organics has been a Paso Robles Chamber member for almost 8 years. Among the primary reasons I joined was to help develop my new business. I have received frequent referrals from the Chamber and gained long time customers. I continue to reap the benefit of my affiliation with our Chamber as well as the energy they put forth to better our community,” states Debbie Thomas, Owner of Thomas Hill Organics.

Some additional benefits of membership with the Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce include:

• Businesses viewed by over 100,000 visitors through our Website, Visitor Center, Official Visitor Guide and Membership Directory
• Connection with the community through Education, Economic Development and Signature Events
• A strong voice representing your business at the city, county and local levels
• Boosting your business website through our cutting-edge SEO

team-logo“Our T.E.A.M. Membership Drive is an excellent way for the Chamber of Commerce to make a final push to engage, retain, and grow our membership base for 2016. We’ve made a lot of improvements to the technology we provide our members and the progress we’ve made with our committees, so it is important that we showcase this to the greater Paso Robles community. By involving our current members, ambassadors, staff, and board members we hope to speak with many of our local businesses in the month of October, gather valuable feedback, grow the Chamber, and have a good time in the process,” says Alex McGillivary, the Membership Division Vice-Chair of the Chamber.

Those who join during the month of October can take advantage of these additional benefits:

• 1 E-Flyer ($85 value)
• Admin Fee Waived ($30 value)
• 1 Wake Up Paso or Women in Business Ticket ($25 value)
• Entry into a drawing for a 12-month Banner Ad on the Chamber Website

To conclude the Membership Drive, a Wine and Cheese Membership Orientation will be scheduled inviting new members to become familiar with the many benefits of their membership and how to utilize the Chamber Website to the fullest.

The Paso Robles Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization that strives to provide vision and leadership to develop, encourage, promote and protect the business community, tourism, and educational interests in the City of Paso Robles. The Chamber is comprised of more than 800 businesses and organizations in Paso Robles and the surrounding communities.

Pete Dakin, Broker-Owner of Re/Max Parkside Realty recognizes the value of Chamber Membership. “One of the great features of our Community is our willingness to celebrate the past while investing in the future. The Chamber has provided a consistent and effective platform for positive economic development within Paso Robles. Additionally the Chamber is a venue for fostering the personal relationships that are so critical to a Community’s growth and well-being. We are grateful for our longstanding association with the Chamber.”
