Charter school opens enrollment for 2026–27 school year
Enrollment requests accepted through March 31 at 5 p.m.
– Feb. 2 marks the start of open enrollment for the 2026–27 school year at Almond Acres Charter Academy.
The public charter school is accepting requests for enrollment for kindergarten through eighth grade. Requests must be submitted through the school’s website at www.almondacres.com/enroll. Open enrollment will continue through March 31 at 5 p.m.
If the number of applicants exceeds available spaces in any grade level at the close of the open enrollment period, the school will hold a random, public drawing on April 16, 2026. Requests received after March 31 at 5 p.m. will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis as space permits.
The charter school will host campus tours and enrollment presentations in the coming months. The events will allow families to meet with staff and learn about the school’s educational approach.
Scheduled campus tours and enrollment presentations include Feb. 4 at 9 a.m., Feb. 12 at 6 p.m., March 5 at 9 a.m., and March 25 at 9 a.m. A Spanish- and English-language interpreter will be available at all presentations.
