Christian music artist joins California Mid-State Fair lineup

– Phil Wickham will perform Sunday, July 19, at 7:30 p.m. in the Chumash Grandstand Arena at the Paso Robles Event Center during the California Mid-State Fair. Special guest Bodie will open the show.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 12, at 10 a.m. Prices are $45, $55, $75, and $105. Fans can purchase tickets through MidStateFair.com, which links directly to the official ticketing provider.
Wickham is a Grammy-nominated and Dove Award-winning worship artist whose songs are performed in churches around the world.
His latest album, “Song Of The Saints,” was released in September and became his largest release to date. The album includes “What An Awesome God,” which was the longest-running No. 1 single of 2025.
His album “I Believe,” which received a Grammy nomination in 2024, reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Christian Albums chart. At the 2024 Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, Wickham received nine awards, including Song of the Year and Worship Album of the Year.
His catalog includes the platinum-certified singles “This Is Amazing Grace,” “Living Hope,” and “Battle Belongs.” His music has received billions of streams in the United States.
Opening act bodie gained national attention as a contestant on “The Voice.” Raised in Los Angeles, he draws inspiration from musical styles including grunge and hip-hop. His music and lyrics focus on themes of love, loss, and faith.
The California Mid-State Fair runs July 15 through July 26 and features concerts, exhibits, carnival rides, livestock shows, and family-friendly entertainment.
