–Gang graffiti disfigured a stucco wall Thursday morning on Niblick Road one block west of Paso Robles High School. The Graffiti Task Force volunteers removed graffiti Wednesday, but not Thursday. Early Thursday afternoon, a city crew sprayed high pressure water to remove the black paint off the wall. They will return Friday morning to paint over the graffiti. Many commuters driving Niblick Road saw the writing Thursday morning. It read “X3 PR.” Thirteen, “X3,” is a common identifier in gang graffiti.
Police do not know who “tagged” the wall on Niblick Road late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. Generally, officials remove it as soon as possible.
