City Council approves the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan 

–Paso Robles City Council approves the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. It’s described as a comprehensive update to the 2009 Bikeway Master Plan.

Among those to address the council in support of the plan, Mike Milby, the former Paso Robles Postmaster, who is an avid cyclist. He says the plan will not prevent some bicyclist from violating the law, but it will improve safety and the communication between pedestrians, cyclists and motorists.
Susan di Carli, a retired planner, also talked to the council about the benefits of the new plan. Di Carli worked on the plan for several years while working for the city.

The council unanimously approved the 2018 Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
