City hosting open house to discuss possible Olive Street area rezoning

City council receives update on Highway 46 East overpass project

Open house will be from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29

    – The City of Paso Robles is considering a rezone of the Olive Street area to determine if there are opportunities for infill residential housing not currently available under current zoning designations.

The community is encouraged to attend an informational open house regarding the potential rezone and to provide their input. The open house will be from 6 – 8 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29. The open house will be held at Glen Speck Elementary School (formerly Bauer Speck) at 401 17th Street.

No decisions will be made at this open house as the event is informational only. Public comments can be submitted during the event and will be forwarded to an ad hoc committee that will advise the city council at a future public meeting.

For more information about the rezone, visit www.prcity.com/1218/Olive-Street-Rezone.
