–Now that the rain has let up, roadwork begins in earnest on 13th Street at Pine and Park in downtown Paso Robles. The city is installing pedestrian crossing zones similar to those constructed on Spring near the Paso Robles Library. The intent is to give pedestrians a way to alert motorists so they can safely traverse the busy interesctions.
Ditus Esperanza of the Paso Robles Public Works Deoartment says, “The roadwork will intensify on 13th Street in the coming weeks. Motorists are encouraged to take 16th or another road to avoid the congestion on 13th Street.”
