City launches new hotline for short-term rental complaints
Service aims to provide a more user-friendly experience with faster response times for reporting issues related to short-term rentals
– The City of Paso Robles is launching an updated short-term rental hotline starting Nov. 1. The new number for the hotline is (805) 227-7224, and the service aims to provide a more user-friendly experience with faster response times for reporting issues related to short-term rentals.
The hotline is available for neighbors of short-term rental properties within city limits to report concerns. If an issue is not resolved within 30 minutes of the initial call, residents are encouraged to contact the hotline again. Property owners or their agents must address reported issues within 30 minutes and report back to the hotline.
In emergencies, residents should contact 911.
Residents who live within 100 feet of a licensed short-term rental will receive a postcard from the city this week with the new hotline number.
For more information on the short-term rental hotline or related regulations, visit the short-term rental section of PRCity.com or contact the Community Development Department at (805) 237-3970.
