City librarian a winner of Tribune’s ‘Top 20 Under 40 Award’ 

–Paso Robles City Librarian Angelica Fortin has been chosen as a winner of The Tribune’s Top 20 under 40 Award. The award recognizes young San Luis Obispo County professionals who have demonstrated professional excellence and a commitment to serving the community.

Fortin was chosen to receive the award from a pool of about 100 nominations and will be honored with an award at a Tribune hosted event to be held in January.
