City library calls all ‘Mini Mad Scientists’ for summer toddler program

scientist-with-science-accessories_23-2147544349–Paso Robles City Library invites parents to bring their “Mini Mad Scientists,” aged one to three years old for some hands-on creativity in the outdoor laboratory. The library’s teen volunteers built the equipment and created a water-powered lab that is sure to keep the little ones busy and cool this summer. Youth Services Librarian Melissa Bailey said, “This drop in session will be wet and wild, so dress accordingly and please wear shoes.”

Sessions are scheduled for Tuesdays from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. on the Children’s Patio. The dates are June 27, July 18, August 1 and August 15.

The Paso Robles City Library is located at 1000 Spring Street and is open Monday – Friday 10-8, and Saturday 10-5. For more information on library programs and events, please call (805)  237-3870 or visit the library website.
