    City looking for musicians for concerts in the park 

    perform at Paso Robles concerts in the park

    The City of Paso Robles is seeking acts who would like to perform in next summer’s concerts in the park series.

    The City of Paso Robles Department of Library and Recreation Services and the REC Foundation are currently accepting applications for the 2015 Concerts in the Park summer series. Concerts will be held Fridays, 5:30-7:30 p.m., June 19 through August 21 at the downtown City Park gazebo. Applicants interested in being considered for the 2015 season must submit a press kit with all of the following:

    • A completed Participant Interest Form – available www.prcity.com/recreation
    • High resolution promotional picture, maximum of three
    • One or two relevant videos of any previous performances
    • CD demo or downloadable songs
    • Website or Facebook page information or link
    • Playlist to cover a 2-hour set
    • Two references

    Deadline

    Press kits are due by Friday, January 30, 2015. Email an electronic press kit to lholt@prcity.com or submit a physical press kit to Lynda Holt – Concerts in the Park, 600 Nickerson Drive, Paso Robles, CA 93446.

    The Paso Robles REC Foundation has been hosting summer concerts in the park since 2002. Providing free, family-friendly entertainment and representing a variety of musical genres, last season’s concert attendance was just over 40,000 people.     When are we getting a parking garage?

    Let's try and stay on the subject matter of the page. Go somewhere else with your own agenda.

    I think it's a fair question since we have to hike 10 miles with our own chairs to see these great acts. A parking garage would help the bands also. Not a bad "agenda".
