City repaving Niblick Road
–The City of Paso Robles is repaving two stretches of westbound Niblick Road while Paso Robles High School is closed for spring break.
Burke Construction road crews are working on Niblick near Nicklaus Road. The two right lanes are closed to accommodate crews repaving the roadway. Near Nicklaus, both directions are restricted to just one lane. They are also working on westbound Niblick near the Albertson Shopping Center. Westbound lanes of traffic are closed; traffic narrows to only one lane. The “Meg Williamson” Bus Stop near Wendy’s is closed during the construction work.
Ditas Esperanza says that the roadwork will continue this week, although crews at the site say most of the work will be completed Tuesday.
Motorists are advised to drive cautiously on Niblick Road in each directions between the Niblick Bridge and Country Club Road. You may want to avoid that stretch of Niblick Road this week if you’d like to avoid the traffic congestion.
