    City reports rise in property values for 2025 

    City data show notable increases across residential and commercial parcels

    – Paso Robles recorded steady growth and reinvestment across the community in 2025, according to city property value data.

    The city reported 16,577 taxable parcels, with residential properties representing 59.7 percent of parcels and contributing 65.8 percent of total assessed value.

    Several properties experienced notable increases in assessed value during the year. The property at 944 Pine Street increased by $21.8 million, or 163 percent. The property at 5175 Airport Road rose by $12.2 million, or 206 percent. The property at 416 Spring Street increased by $6.1 million following the removal of an exemption, and 121 Wilmar Place rose by $4.58 million due to new improvements.

    The city reported that these changes reflect ongoing investment and improvement activity within Paso Robles.
