City seeking food trucks for July 4 celebration
Applications are due by May 26
– The City of Paso Robles and Travel Paso are seeking food truck vendors to participate in the annual Fourth of July celebration at Barney Schwartz Park. Organizers expect a large turnout, with attendance at the 2024 event estimated at 10,000 people.
The free community event will take place from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., with food vendors asked to be on-site from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. A fireworks show is scheduled for 9:30 p.m.
“We are waiving permit fees and not asking for any sort of commission. We just want attendees to have interesting food choices and for the community to benefit from the sales generated at this free event. We expect a very large crowd at the park for the event and fireworks,” said Freda Berman, public works director.
Applications are due by May 26. More information is available at www.prcity.com/July4.
