City seeking real estate broker
City issues request for proposals for real estate marketing and brokerage services
The City of Paso Robles is seeking a real estate firm specializing in commercial real estate to provide brokerage and marketing services for property owned by the City of Paso Robles. A Request for Proposals is now available on the City’s website www.prcity.com inviting qualified brokers/firms to submit a competitive proposal to provide these services.
Through this process, the city intends to select a broker to assist the city with real estate business opportunities that will include the marketing/sale of surplus city-owned property, negotiation of ground and facility leases, property management, and acquisition/assembly/trade of real property.
The successful broker should have knowledge of the local real estate market and Central Coast regions, along with experience in commercial real estate and various industry sectors, including publicly owned airports.
The deadline to submit a proposal is 5:00p.m.on Monday, July 24, 2017.
