City to celebrate grand opening of Sunrise Villas housing development
69-unit affordable rental housing development designed to address the need for housing
– The City of Paso Robles, in collaboration with the Paso Robles Housing Authority and Affordable Housing Development Corporation, will hold a grand opening ceremony for the Sunrise Villas housing development on March 18 at 4 p.m. at the Community Building, 1600 Fontana Road in Paso Robles.
The event will celebrate the completion and full occupancy of Sunrise Villas, a 69-unit affordable rental housing development designed to address the need for housing for families and individuals in the community. City officials, representatives from the Paso Robles Housing Authority and Affordable Housing Development Corporation, and other guests will attend the ceremony. The development is the result of a public-private partnership between the city of Paso Robles, the Olsen 212 Master Developer, the Paso Robles Housing Authority, and the Affordable Housing Development Corporation. Sunrise Villas is the first phase of the 1,293-unit Vinedo-specific plan project led by the Olsen 212 Group.
