Coastal Community Builders celebrating 30 years
President of Coastal Community Builders Gary Grossman.
–Coastal Community Builders is celebrating 30 years of building home developments on the California central coast. Under the leadership of president, Gary Grossman, Coastal Community Builders (CCB) has grown to become a leader in new home construction, building over 3,000 homes on California’s Central Coast.
CCB has built quality crafted homes in in Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Nipomo, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Templeton, Solvang and the Santa Maria valley.
“We are proud of our current master-planned communities,” said Jennifer Daniels, CCB’s Sales and Options Manager. “Our company builds luxury homes and my team enjoys the fact that our business is doing well enough, that we‘ve been able to provide hundreds of jobs to local people. The response to our Rice Ranch Community has been impressive. Due to the population growth in Northern Santa Barbara county, the homes are being sold and reserved almost as fast as we build them. It’s hard to believe that there are only two left at the Reserves, off of Cherry, in Orcutt.”
Currently, new homes are being sold and reserved in Orcutt, in Northern Santa Barbara County. For more information visit www.coastalcommunitybuilders.com.
