Community to honor Norma Moye at fairgrounds memorial next week 

Guest speakers to share tributes from community, nonprofit work

– A celebration of life for Norma Jean Moye, former Executive Director of the Paso Robles Downtown Main Street Association, will be held Feb. 28 at 11 a.m. at the Estrella Building at the Mid-State Fairgrounds.

The event will include tributes by several guest speakers, including friends, business associates, and individuals connected through her work with nonprofit organizations. The celebration will close with attendees singing “Downtown,” one of her favorite songs.

Moye was born July 2, 1933, and died Dec. 15, 2025. Click here to view her obituary.
