Company will match up to $1,500 in donations made to Templeton Fire 

–Tuesday was #GivingTuesday, and today, Weyrick Lumber Company announced that they will provide a dollar for dollar match up to $1,500 for the Templeton Fire & Emergency Services #GivingTuesday campaign.

#GivingTuesday is a global giving movement built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses and communities in countries around the world. Millions of people have come together to support and champion the causes they believe in and the communities in which they live.

Templeton Fire & Emergency Services is in need of monetary donations to help offset the costs associated with providing emergency services which cannot be captured by the general fund.

The department is raising funds to replace:

  • Siren Growler used to clear intersections
  • A Hydraulic Jaws of Life Power Unit
  • Firefighter Turnouts

 

If you would like to help out financially, the department is looking for voluntary, tax deductible donations to help support operational needs. If you would like to donate, please make your tax deductible check out to Templeton Fire and Emergency Services.

You may drop off your check at the Templeton CSD Administrative Office located at 420 Crocker Street, Templeton or mail your tax-deductible donation to P.O. Box 780, Templeton, CA 93465.

For tax preparations purposes, please utilize Internal Revenue Code section 170(a) and (c) (1) and California Revenue and Taxation Code section 17201(a).
